Tom Spencer is Head of Customer Analytics at Aviva, building the customer-first data science capability as part of the Digital Garage that is disrupting the insurance industry. His passion is in driving data insights into business action and customer value.

Tom’s background is in retail customer analytics, with fourteen years front-line experience at dunnhumby, the world’s leading customer science company. Career highlights include establishing dunnhumby Korea as the on-the-ground analytics lead, leading analyst teams across Asia as Head of Solutions, and heading up the South Korea business as Country Head.
